Zach was born and raised in Wayne, NE, known to many as "Wayne America". Upon high school graduation, he accepted a position in the Rural Health Opportunities Program through University of Nebraska Medical Center, through which he completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Chadron State College. While he had always been interested in physical therapy as a means to recover from sports related injury, as a student at Chadron, Zach also spent time working in the construction business and assisting occasionally on ranches, from which he gained new insight into the importance of injury prevention and returning to work after an injury.
Once in Omaha, he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Through his training, he has gained experience in acute care, neurological rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopaedics. Before joining Enhanced Physical Therapy, Zach practiced in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Columbus, NE, treating individuals from 8 years to almost 100 years of age. He continues to pursue new learning opportunities through his memberships in the American Physical Therapy Association and Nebraska Physical Therapy Association.
Bachelor of Science, Chadron State College; Doctorate of Physical Therapy, UNMC
Zach loves watching Nebraska Cornhusker sports, especially football. He can frequently be found working with his wife, Maggie, on a home or yard project. He is looking forward to becoming more involved in the Seward community.
